With the help of the hydraulic rotary union, the hydraulic pressure supply can be provided during a relative rotational movement. The rotating union is available in axial and radial construction. Sealing designs for the connection are available as O-ring (OR) and ED sealing. The entire kit has the following special features:
- Spring preloaded bearings, thus less sensitive to vibrations.
- Different throttling holes in the trunnion (Ø1.0 to max. Ø2.5)
- Outer bearings with RS sealing. Thus better protection against penetrating water and dirt
- Screw-in housing with galvanic coating flZn-nc-480h-, or ISO19598-Fe//ZnNi-8-Cn-T0. Protection against base material corrosion (salt spray test according to ISO 9227) at least 480h
- Connecting parts, i.e. elbows and SDS screw-in studs, with galvanic coating (class K3 according to CN040201 - chap. 3.6.3 in conjunction with Table 4) Protection against base material corrosion (according to ISO 9227) at least 288h.
- All pins with wear-reducing PVD coating

Assembly instructions
- Carry out all assembly work with the utmost care and cleanliness!
- Always protect the shaft end from contamination, but never clean it with industrial cleaners - DRY RUNNING of the seal can lead to premature failure.
- Never direct the jet of a high pressure or steam cleaner directly at the bearing seal!
- Important for a long service life is a good concentricity during operation and a distortion-free installation. For this purpose, mount the rotating unions with the specified torque and then connect the hose lines in a curved and torsion-free manner. If necessary, mount hose clamps only after the bend.
- After installation, check that the rotating union can be rotated easily.
