Powerful Crushing with Excavator Hydraulics
EDDIE CR Demolition Shears are powered by the excavator's hydraulic system. Powerful hydraulic cylinders operate the jaws and generate the high shearing and crushing forces required to break and process massive concrete structures.
The FC10D CR operates at a cylinder working pressure of 200 to 300 kg/cm² with an oil flow requirement of 60 to 120 l/min. The FC15D CR and FC20D CR operate at cylinder working pressures of 300 to 350 kg/cm². Required oil flow is 140 to 240 l/min for the FC15D CR and 180 to 240 l/min for the FC20D CR.
For hydraulic rotation, the FC10D CR operates at a motor pressure of 60 to 90 kg/cm² with an oil flow of 20 to 30 l/min. The FC15D CR and FC20D CR operate at motor pressures of 120 to 160 kg/cm² with an oil flow of 30 to 50 l/min.
Mechanical or hydraulic 360° free rotation allows flexible positioning of the demolition shear and makes precise alignment with differently positioned concrete structures easier.
