Powerful Cutting and Gripping with Excavator Hydraulics

EDDIE Car Dismantlers are powered by the excavator's hydraulic system. Powerful hydraulic cylinders operate the jaws and generate the forces required for gripping, cutting, and dismantling components.

The FCP18L operates at a cylinder working pressure of 240 to 300 kg/cm² with a required oil flow of 180 to 200 l/min. The larger FCP20 operates at 300 to 350 kg/cm² with an oil flow of 180 to 240 l/min.

For hydraulic rotation, both models operate at a motor pressure of 120 to 160 kg/cm² with an oil flow of 30 to 50 l/min. This allows both dismantlers to provide 360° unrestricted free rotation and precise positioning around the component being processed.

The integrated high-flow acceleration valve also supports fast opening and closing movements while helping eliminate pressure spikes in the hydraulic system.
