Powerful Gripping with Excavator Hydraulics

EDDIE Orange Peel Grapples are powered by the excavator's hydraulic system. Hydraulic cylinders control the opening and closing of the five tines, allowing materials to be picked up and released in a controlled manner.

The FOG06 and FOG06H operate at a cylinder working pressure of 140–180 kg/cm² with an oil flow of 80–120 l/min. The FOG08 and FOG08H require 160–200 kg/cm² and 100–140 l/min, while the FOG10 and FOG10H operate at 160–200 kg/cm² with an oil flow of 130–180 l/min.

All six models use a motor working pressure of 120–160 kg/cm² and motor oil flow of 30–50 l/min for the hydraulic rotation system, allowing flexible alignment of the grapple during material-handling operations.

Synchronized Grapple Movement for Reliable Material Handling

EDDIE uses specially designed oil distributors and flow control valves to support hydraulic stability and synchronized operation. Special meshing gears are also designed to improve load-bearing capability, load distribution, transmission accuracy and smooth operation.
