Powerful crushing with excavator hydraulics

EDDIE pulverizers are powered by the excavator’s hydraulic system. A powerful hydraulic cylinder moves the jaws and generates the high forces required to break and crush concrete and demolition material. Depending on the model, the required operating pressure ranges from 200 to 350 kg/cm², while the required oil flow ranges from 60 to 250 l/min.

The integrated high-flow speed valve ensures efficient oil circulation and enables fast opening and closing movements. At the same time, hydraulic pressure peaks are reduced, protecting the components and supporting smooth and consistent operation.
