Powerful Crushing with Excavator Hydraulics

EDDIE rotating pulverizers are powered by the excavator’s hydraulic system. A powerful hydraulic cylinder moves the jaws and generates the high forces required to crush and process concrete and other demolition materials.

For all three models, the required cylinder working pressure is 300 to 350 kg/cm². The required oil flow is 140 to 240 l/min for the FRP18C and 180 to 240 l/min for the FRP20 and FRP20C.

For the hydraulic rotation function, the hydraulic motor operates at a pressure of 120 to 160 kg/cm² and an oil flow of 30 to 50 l/min. This allows the pulverizer to rotate freely through 360° and be positioned optimally for the respective structure or material.

At the same time, the integrated high-flow speed valve ensures efficient oil circulation and supports fast opening and closing movements. Pressure peaks in the hydraulic system are reduced, helping protect components and supporting smooth, consistent operation.
