Powerful Cutting with Excavator Hydraulics

EDDIE Eagle Shears are powered by the excavator's hydraulic system. Powerful hydraulic cylinders operate the cutting jaws and generate the high forces required to cut and dismantle large and heavy components.

Depending on the model, the required operating pressure ranges from 200 to 380 kg/cm². Required oil flow ranges from 60 to 560 l/min, allowing the product range to cover both compact carrier machines and heavy excavators up to 70 tons.

For the hydraulic rotation system, motor operating pressure ranges from 60 to 170 kg/cm², depending on the model. Required motor oil flow ranges from 30 to 50 l/min.

The integrated high-flow acceleration valve enables efficient energy regeneration, improves opening and closing efficiency, and helps eliminate pressure spikes within the hydraulic system.

Flexible Arm and Boom Installation

A major feature of EDDIE Eagle Shears is the availability of different mounting positions. Depending on the model, the shear can be installed directly on the excavator arm or on the boom.

Arm mounting is particularly suitable for conventional demolition and cutting applications requiring high maneuverability. Boom mounting provides additional options for different working heights and extends the range of possible demolition applications.

The FCS08 is designed for arm mounting only. Models FCS18 through FCS60 can be configured for either arm or boom applications depending on the carrier machine.
