Whatever you need to move, lift or transport. With the compact hydraulic power pack of the FLUIDPARTS Compact Series (FPC) from FLUITRONICS, every task can be solved optimally. The FPC series is characterised by its flexible modularity and versatility. Both the drive motor and the flow rate, tank size and hydraulic functions can be flexibly configured.
At the heart of the standard compact pack in the FPC series is the aluminium centre manifold, weighing just approx. 1 kg, which can be used to perform various hydraulic circuit tasks or to which customer-specific blocks with individual circuits can be flanged. In addition to a simple lift-lower function (Type B), numerous other functions are available. Three motor types, DC motors, AC motors and three-phase motors can be configured and are flanged to the centre adapter to drive a gear pump with a wide range of displacement volumes. Plastic or steel tanks are available, and the power pack can be installed in either a horizontal or vertical orientation. The units are equally suitable for stationary applications, particularly in intermittent operation (e.g. heavy-duty lifting tables), as well as for mobile applications (tipping trailers, attachments, winter equipment, pallet trucks, forklift trucks, etc.).
You select the required configuration and we deliver the power pack ready for connection, fully assembled, adjusted and tested.
A wide range of accessories, such as remote controls and add-on modules, are available.

Function

With the FPC compact hydraulic power pack series, simple lifting-lowering circuits can be realised. The hydraulic circuit diagram for Type B (see also configuration key below) is shown below.

The tank, pump size, motor type, pressure setting, directional valve and flow control valve are configurable items.

Details

The FPC-G220B27H13NAO000BA180-B02 compact unit is a unit featuring a 2,2 kW 24-volt DC motor, a displacement of 2.7 cm³/rev, a maximum flow rate of 10 l/min (unloaded) and a maximum pressure of 210 bar. The unit has an 13-litre plastic tank, rectangular in shape, for horizontal installation, without a mounting base, fitted with a 2/2-way seat valve in a Type B hydraulic circuit (flow control valve not included); the DBV set pressure is 180 bar.
